Reluctant to let her go
Her daughter was around 4 years old when Judy finally decided to make an adoption plan. A kind neighbor introduced a couple living locally who was desperately to parent a child. After eighteen long years, Judy received the unexpected news from the Child and Juvenile Adoption Information Center ( CJAIC ) that her daughter wished to make contact with her.

Reunion story
I am 31 years old and have been living in the United States since I was 9 months old. Born in Taiwan and adopted by American parents I feel that my life could not have been more blessed. People often wonder about decisions they made that could have affected their own life. My life was drastically changed by the decisions of 2 wonderful people who wanted to adopt.

Thus, the only alternative is to leave
Apple was 18 years old when her boy-friend got her pregnant and somehow the wedding bells never rang. A friend recommended a couple to her, and Apple relinquished her parental rights. When she was 38 years old, through intermediation of The Child and Juvenile Adoption Information Center (CJAIC) her child found her.

Kathy was been adopted by the couple from America. She found her birth mother through the CJAIC as she was nearly 40.

To know the wonderful you: A mother_Sicily's story
Through the Center for Unwed Mother I had signed the paper to relinquish the custardy of my own child to an American couple when she was one week old. Nearly 40 years later, my daughter found me with the help of CJAIC.
